1 1/2 cups baking mix
1 package ground breakfast sausage (1 lb.), browned and drained
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
2 T. dried parsley
1 cup milk
- Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan.
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place in pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan.
Serve warm with BBQ sauce, honey mustard or ranch dressing for dipping.
