For the sixth time ever, leading global market research company J.D. Power has announced that Shelter Insurance® ranked Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Auto Insurers in the Central Region. Shelter received this honor in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023. In this most recent study, Shelter was also ranked first in Interaction, Policy Offerings, Billing Process and Policy Information, and Claims.
